Welcome to
Secretary of Academic Affairs
It is concerned with considering the establishment of systems for accepting students in university studies, granting academic degrees, awards and honorary degrees, encouraging scientific research and directing scientific policies at the university. Its membership consists of: the University Rector (Chairman of the Council), the Deputy Rector, the Vice Rector, the Secretary of Scientific Affairs (a member and rapporteur of the Council), the Librarian, the Dean of Students, the Deans of Colleges, the Directors of Institutes and Centers, the Heads of Departments and Administrative Units, and the faculty members who hold the rank of professor.
